It was previously stated that these conditions govern sales made by In-sarah.fr to individuals or professionals, clothing, textiles or fashion accessories available on the old site called In-sarah.fr. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PRIX
The prices of our items are listed in euros and all taxes. Prices include processing fee and shipping and duties and taxes may be payable outside the European Union.
These rights are and are not the responsibility of Chez-sarah.fr. They will be at your expense, check with your local authorities. Home sarah.fr reserves the right to change prices at any time. The items will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry. Articles remain the property of In-sarah.fr until full payment of the price.

Contractual information is presented in English and will be subject to confirmation this contract no later than the time of delivery. Home sarah.fr reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a previous order.

You declare to have read and accepted these Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Your order is therefore acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by At-sarah.fr constitute proof of all transactions made by At-sarah.fr and its customers.

ARTICLE 5 - SECURISATION
Our site is the `object of a security system. We adopted an encryption process with reinforcement of the processes of scrambling and encryption to protect as effectively as possible all data related to payment. Payment by credit card is provided by Paypal.
ARTICLE 6 - LIVRAISON
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. The time periods are possible and customary means correspond to the time of treatment and delivery.
In case of items available at different times given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest period. At sarah.fr reserves the possibility of splitting the deliveries. Participation in the processing fee and shipping will be charged for one shipment. Home sarah.fr not be held responsible for the consequences due to delayed delivery. All orders not shipped within 30 days after the order is canceled unless otherwise announced in the offer of sale. Products are shipped within 2 weeks after receipt of order and its rules.
In case of delay, an email will be sent to you, check the indications of your email address.
When paying by check, the order will be processed for collection of the check. Accordingly, the time limits applicable in this case are the days of cashing the check and may be modified from those listed on the day of placing the order.

To do this we simply make a request online or by mail, indicating your name, address.

Therefore and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use for private use subject to different or more restrictive code of intellectual property.
